Flower Power Professional Garden Care has grown out of a partnership between Flower Power Nurseries and Grahams Garden care.
The Flower Power group is Australia largest privately owned garden centre business, operating 13 nurseries in both Sydney and Melbourne. Flower Power has been continuously trading since the late 1950’s making it by far Australia’s most experienced operation. The Flower Power group is privately owned and controlled by the Sammut family, with many members actively operating with in the business on a day to day basis, with some 600 other full-time and part-time staff.
Approximately 60% of plants retailed through the groups garden centres are ‘Home Grown’ at the groups Arborglen wholesale plant nursery, situated at Glenorie in Sydney’s northwest. Arborglen is the largest and most sophisticated wholesale nursery of its kind in all of Australia.

Ron Sleet of Graham’s Garden Care has been appointed National Franchisor of Flower Power Garden Care. Ron has some 15 years experience in the Professional Garden care business. Ron owns and operates Grahams Garden care, and has built that organisation to over 120 successful operators across most states of Australia.

Supporting Ron and Flower Power is the Sydney Regional manager, Flynn HALL. Flynn has an extensive business background, is a Horticulturalist, including being a highly successful Flower Power Professional garden care Franchisee.


Brand
Flower Power represents a major brand to Australia's garden lovers, with over 40,000 visitors to their premises each week. Visitors and clients who recognize the quality and service Flower Power deliver have demanded a Garden maintenance service, and Flower Power Professional Garden Care has been created. Flower Power Professional Garden Care supports the Flower Power stores and their clients by providing a high quality, reliable and professional green maintenance and establishment service, extending to both domestic and commercial properties.

The System
As part of the National expansion, Flower Power are establishing our Franchise system in the greater Sydney region and will be able to call on the experience of Graham’s Garden Care for their operations system, marketing and training program.

The system is designed to provide, as much work (clients) as each Franchisee requires. Clients are distributed on a "first right of refusal" basis according to territory, plus as requested on a daily basis. These jobs may be normal domestic jobs, Corporate Body (units, etc) or Commercial premises. A franchisee can request as many jobs per day as he can handle however the quality of service must not be compromised.

You have the independence of running your business, with the safety net of being within the Flower Power System. The value of the brand, access to the nurseries and the vast resources of the Flower Power Group. There are no restrictions on growing your business.
