A hardy, fast-growing native palm that's happy as a potted ornamental or as a feature plant in the garden. It has a graceful solitary appearance – largely because of its single truck and can fit in narrow spaces. It also works well if grown in close groupings or clusters for a lazy relaxed aspect.
