To plant, choose a position with well drained soil. Apply a small amount of well composted, organic matter to the soil before you plant. Be sure to add mulch to retain soil moisture. For containers, use a native potting mix. This plant does not like wet feet.

Prune your plant after flowering to retain shape and encourage new growth. It can be pruned back hard if required.
