An Australian blue-skinned pumpkin with a thin skin and a rich delicious flavour. Queensland Blue are regarded as an heirloom variety with a silver-grey to blue folded skin, a flat top and bottom and a tasty deep-orange flesh with a dry texture and mildly sweet flavour. It can be cooked in various ways in both sweet and savoury dishes. The seeds are edible after roasting and can be added to salads or eaten alone.

Planting Advice | Prefers full sun and a rich, well-drained soil. Pinch out growing tips at five to six leaf stage. Keep well-watered and prepare soil well.
