Long, slender, silvery white stalks that grow in clusters with rich lime-green sword like leaves that are fresh and tangy. A great alternative to onions when cooked and they add a kick when used raw in salads. They're a regular ingredient in Asian cuisine, particularly in stir fries and are easy to grow and quick to mature.
