Medania has thick, round, dark-green leaves and is a heavy cropper. It's a modern variety of spinach of excellent quality. It's slow to establish with an effective resistance to mildew. It can be harvested as baby leaves or when the mature thick dark-green leaves are produced. Harvest approximately eight to ten weeks after sowing. Suitable for deep-freezing.
