A high yielding compact bush plant, producing tear-shaped fruit with a light green-skin and sweet flavour. Zucchini can be steamed, boiled, grilled, baked, barbecued, fried or combined with other foods in specific recipes. Harvest approximately eight weeks after sowing. Fruits should be picked when 15cm in length.

Prefers a sunny, sheltered position and a rich soil. To encourage growth of side shoots, pinch out growing tips at five to six leaf stage. Use organic matter and complete fertiliser to prepare soil and keep well-watered.
