Dianella is a tough, adaptable strappy leafed plant with beautiful leaves and large purple berries that appear in Spring. It makes an impressive statement mass-planted along pathways or as hedging. A popular choice for Japanese style gardens, gardens with low water use and accent planting. Tolerates frost and heat. 'Emerald Arch' is a variety of Dianella that has attractive arching leaves that are quite broad and a nice mid green colour.
