With its low-growing foliage and colourful petals, Dianthus makes a great feature in a rock garden or at the edge of a garden bed. It also looks striking planted en masse as a groundcover or displayed in pots. Dianthus 'Lionheart'  has prolific single, upward facing, pink and crimson flowers, attractively marked over low greyish foliage. Easy plant requiring no staking with bushy low growth; flowers abundantly. Perfumed flowers last well as cut flowers and with regular deadheading, your Dianthus will flower through spring, summer and autumn.
