This beautiful spring flowering shrub has small tubular canary-yellow coloured flowers and smaller ornamental leaves that are mid-green to blue in colour. It's one of the few wattles that require protection from full sun as it can burn harshly through the summer months. Wattle is an excellent choice when creating hedges or shrub borders, perfect for cottage gardens with its slender silver-grey upright branches and bright golden floral display.
