A dwarf Myrtle variety, this dense evergreen shrub is a great substitute for low hedges or pathway borders. It has lightly fragrant, dark green pointed leaves that respond well to light pruning, or if left to grow untamed the plant has a natural rounded shape. Clusters of small white flowers with prominent stamens bloom during summer and autumn, and are followed by plump berries that are blue-black in colour. A very hardy plant, it will tolerate infrequent watering and most free-draining soil types.
