A widely cultivated heliconia which usually produces vast amounts of pendulous flowers up to 0.5 meters long. Heliconia Parrots Beak grows best in protected spots with a little bit of shade, it has an upright clumping habit with slightly weeping stems and lush green foliage. Fertilise regularly during growth season and keep well mulched.
