Add colour and brightness to your garden with this lovely, native shrub. The Small Leaved Lilly Pilly is a hardy, native shrub or small tree that produces small, green leaves and flushes of burgundy, pink, lime and bronze new growth from autumn to mid summer. Fluffly white flowers are then followed by edible berries in pink. It attracts bees, nectar eating birds and butterflies. It is excellent as an ornamental tree for shelter and shade and the dense nature of the foliage makes it great for hedging and topiary. The berries canalso be used to make tasty jams.
