This dwarf plant produces glossy, green leaves with pale pink bronze new growth and fluffy white flowers in summer that attract bees and native birds. Edible berries follow, which are great for jams and jellies. It is excellent as an ornamental tree and the dense nature of the foliage makes it great for hedging and topiary. It is also drought and front tolerant once established.
