Add a point of interest to your garden with this compact, evergreen perennial. The Liriope Just Right is a superior form of the Evergreen Giant and produces grass like, dark green leaves and upright spikes of rounded, and bell shaped, purple flowers in late spring. It is widely used in landscaping as a groundcover, and is also suitable for planting between pavers, in rockeries, mixed borders and in containers. It thrives in a partly shaded position in moist, well drained soil. It also tolerates light frost and periods of dryness. This plant may be left undisturbed to form clumps or can be divided in autumn.

Cultivate the soil before planting. Dig a hole that is twice as wide and deep as the container. Remove the plant from the container and place it in the hole, so that the soil level of the plant is the same as the surrounding soil. Fill the hole with soil, tamp down firmly, and water well, even if the soil is moist.
Trim this plant every four to five years, to approximately fifteen centimetres in height. Try not to trim this plant in summer.
