A large fast-growing evergreen tree that will produce fruit without cross-pollination. The fruit have an oval shape and rounded apex. The skin colour is yellow, developing a red blush. The flesh is yellow-orange with a moderate fibrous texture and a sweet juicy flavour. It’s the most common mango variety grown producing excellent quality fruit. Perfect eaten on its own, in fruit salads or in desserts such as pavlovas and Eton mess.
