This native aquatic fern has delicate light green, upright leaves which float on the water surface when plants are submerged to 50cm deep. It is very drought tolerant in areas of seasonal flooding and ideal in full sun and part shaded areas. Fruit is edible and is ground into a flour used in indigenous cooking.
