Create an 'Egg Head' by sowing the cress seeds into eggshells, paint faces and watch the hair grow.
- Easy to grow
- Plant all year round
- Use them to make a tasty sandwich!
Sow Winter through to Autumn, thinly, 5mm (1/4") deep in rows 30cm (1') apart. Keep moist. Repeat every two weeks for continuous crops. Thin out to 10cm (4") apart and water well to replace any soil dislodged from roots. Ensure any obstacles such as stones or pebbles are removed from garden bed prior to sowing."
Check daily, to see if your plant needs watering.
Cut the cress with scissors when about 5cm tall.
