This dainty and long adored cottage plant is the ideal plant for hanging baskets, garden edges, or a bit of indoor colour. Nodding violets have round, furry, green leaves, that are easily propagated, with a creeping spreading habit and produce beautiful trumpet-shaped flowers intermittently throughout the year. The vibrant blooms are held on long slender stems, giving this plant it's trailing and 'nodding' appearance. Grow in part shade or dappled light in a warm position in free draining soil.
