Nolina nelsonii is a tree-like succulent with a thick straight trunk that can reach up to two metres tall. It is architectural in shape with green to blue-grey foliage that stands in a spectacular symmetrical crown but is not spiky. Extremely drought tolerant and frost tolerant.
