Very hardy, aquatic, dwarf, deciduous, perennial tuber has small round, green leaves and small lily flowers that change daily from apricot darkening to apricot-orange then orange-red in Spring, Summer and Autumn. Ideal for full sun and part shade in ponds, water bowls and water features. Flowers float on the water surface to a depth of 40cm. Edible seeds, flowers, flower stalks, leaves and rhizomes. Great for protection and spawning of fish and frogs. Oxygenating water plant.
