Our Preferred Services and Garden Care team is looking for an assistant with a keen eye for detail and great communication skills. Applicants with a horticultural and/or landscaping background will be highly regarded!

Scheduler Allocator

Our busy Logistics team requires a Scheduler Allocator to join the small, friendly and energetic office team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of customer deliveries, drivers, communication between customers and stores and various clerical duties.

Shop Manager

Warriewood & Moorebank

Thanks to ongoing expansion we have new Shop Manager opportunities at our Moorebank and Warriewood garden centres. This is a varied and exciting role offering team management as well as active hands-on outdoor retail work within a beautiful nursery setting.

Dock Managers


Do you have a current Forklift licence? Are you physically fit, reliable and have good customer service skills? We have vacancies for Dock Managers at a number of our busy garden centres. If you answered yes to these questions get in touch!

Landscape Yard Sales


We’re looking for weekend and weekday salespeople for our Landscape Yards in several of our Sydney garden centres. If you are ‘hands-on’, thrive on a challenge and enjoy working in an outdoor people environment we’d love to hear from you.

Assistant Buyer

We’re looking for an assistant to provide analytical and administration support to our homeware and furniture buyer. If you are exceptionally organised, a strong communicator and negotiator with an eye for interior style we’d love to hear from you.

Nathan’s Flower Power career

Nathan Rowe, Retail General Manager

Meet Nathan Rowe, one of many Flower Power staff who have grown a fruitful career with Flower Power.

Nathan kicked off his Flower Power career in 1992, as a green, fresh-faced nursery hand at Flower Power Fairfield.

It wasn’t long before Nathan showed his potential and drive to succeed. In 1994, eager to learn and gain experience, Nathan moved to Flower Power Bass Hill. By the following year was the Landscape Manager at Flower Power Moorebank.

Just four short years after cutting his teeth at Flower Power Moorebank, Nathan was running the store as Store Manager.

Later that year, Nathan stepped into the role of Flower Power Glenhaven Store Manager. In 1998, Nathan was placed in charge of one of Flower Power’s largest stores – Taren Point – once again as Store Manager.

In 2001, Nathan was promoted to Area Manager, placing him in charge of several Flower Power stores. Today, Nathan is the NSW Area Manager for the entire Flower Power Group, a role which sees him overseeing all 10 Flower Power stores.
