Elberta Peach produces mid season, full sized, round, cream-pink fruits, with firm yellow flesh and a freestone. The sweet and juicy fruit is delicious eaten fresh or used for preserving. This grafted dwarf variety is suitable for smaller gardens, and is self pollinating but would benefit from another Peach to cross pollinate. Plant in full sun, in rich composted soil, and water well over the growing season.
