A regular and heavy bearing tree producing a large fruit, lime green in colour with a slightly knobbly skin that turns a little yellow when ripe. It has a classic bell-shape and is an excellent dessert pear. It has a firm skin that is great eaten fresh when ripe and for baking when a little under-ripe.

Keep moist during dry periods.
Prune in late winter. The pruning and training will improve the spread of the branches, increase the amount of sunlight that reaches the centre of the tree and will allow your tree to produce fruit sooner and in greater quantities.
