- Cranberry Red are a waxy large-sized, round to oblong shaped variety with smooth red skin and a finely-textured, pale-pink flesh that holds its colour when cooked and stored. It has a rich, earthy flavour perfect for boiling.
- Sapphire is a medium-sized, oval shaped variety that has purple skin with a delicious purple and white marble flesh that maintains its colour when cooked. Perfect for mashing, boiling and tasty when baked.
- Kipfler is a popular waxy potato that's long, thin and almost cigar-shaped with a thin skin that is dusty-yellow to light brown and a slightly lumpy texture. Perfect for boiling and delicious in casseroles.

| Planting Advice | Plant two to three weeks before the last frost usually occurs. Ideally planted in produce bags, stacked tyres or vegetable plots to allow mounding of soil or straw as shoots appear. Spread potatoes out in a well-lit warm area for several weeks, until shoots are approximately 1cm long. Tubers can be cut so one or two eyes are evident on each piece, allow pieces to dry before planting. Crop will be ready to harvest after 60 to 90 frost free days after planting. Leaves will begin to die back, lift tubers, dry thoroughly and store in a dark cool place. |
