A tough and hardy fern that has adapted to growing in tight rocky spaces such as the cracks in stone walls, the Pteris Multifida has long slender stems with deeply lobed pinnate leaves and long narrow leaflets that are a soft mid green in colour. A great indoor plant, it has a wayward habit that suits hanging baskets, or it can be grown outdoors in a sheltered fernery environment.
