Shop online for Click & Collect or delivery
Great news! As well as shopping in our 10 Sydney garden centres, you can also shop online for delivery or Click & Collect.
We accept Paypal, plus all major credit and debit cards and Flower Power Gift Cards through our secure online checkout. You may also elect to use your full Garden Lovers Club reward voucher balance to pay for some or all of your order – once you’re logged in, your balance will appear.
Free click & collect
We offer Click & Collect at all 10 Flower Power Garden Centres across Sydney during store hours, pending stock availability. Please click here to find your local store. Most products are available for Click & Collect, however the few items that are not can generally be delivered.
How it works
- 1. Use the “Store Pickup” button on each item to check that it’s available for Click & Collect at your chosen store. When you’ve finished filling your cart, place your Click & Collect order.
- 2. We’ll process your order within 12 store trading hours, and once it’s ready for pick-up, we’ll email you to let you know. Don’t forget to check your junk mail in case it sneaks in there.
- 3. Pop in to your chosen store and locate the Click & Collect counter. Have your order confirmation email and identification ready to show our staff.
- 4. Our friendly staff will hand over your garden goodies!
Click & Collect FAQs
How long until I can collect my purchase?
We’ll fulfil your order within 12 store trading hours and notify you by email when it’s ready to collect. Please wait until you receive this notification before you come to collect. If there are any issues with your order, our staff will be in contact.
What do I need to bring to collect my purchase?
Please bring your order confirmation email (printed or digital, either is fine) and a valid form of identification, such as a current driver’s licence, NSW Photo Card or passport.
Who can collect my purchase?
To keep your goodies safe, our team will only release Click & Collect purchases to the person named on the confirmation email unless otherwise instructed. If you need to have someone else pick up your purchase for you, please call the collection location or email email@example.com and provide your order number along with the name of the person who will be collecting it. They’ll need a copy of your order confirmation email plus their own valid identification as listed above to collect your purchase.
How long will you hold my purchase?
Once you receive your collection notification, we’ll hold your goods for 7 days. Need more time? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Click & Collect not right for you? We also offer a range of delivery options within the Sydney metro area and beyond. You can check whether the item you’re interested in is available for delivery to you by using the “Delivery” button and “Shipping Estimator” box on each item page. Click here for more information.
Check in-store stock
Rather do all your shopping in person? We can tell you whether the items you want are available at your local Flower Power Garden Centre. Simply find the item you’re interested in on our website, then check in-store availability by selecting the “Store Pickup” function. Our stock levels change frequently, so we do recommend calling ahead if you’re planning on popping in-store.
Garden Lovers Club Members
Members can redeem reward vouchers and receive exclusive offers through our online store. Log in to your Garden Lovers Club account here to ensure any exclusive discounts are applied. Once logged in, your full current reward voucher balance will appear as a tender option on the payment page, beneath the credit card option. Select “apply vouchers” to have the full balance taken off your total. Please note that no change is given on reward vouchers where the total voucher balance exceeds the total transaction price.
