An attractive perennial herb featuring pink-white flowers in summer, and sweet, deep-green, pointed leaves leaves that have a rich aroma. A refreshing flavour for adding to drinks, Spearmint is also a great complimentary herb for use in cooking dishes such as stir-fry's. Requiring regular water through summer, it is best grown in a sunny position in rich, free draining soils.
