This ornamental fern has deeply divided, arching green fronds with a broad, creamy-white stripe down the centre of each leaf. It's quite easy to grow indoors and prefers part-shade or morning sun and cool, moist conditions. Ideal for ferneries, bush-houses, pots or sheltered spots in the garden.

It's best grown with some lime in potting mix or soil as this fern prefers alkaline soils.
