Teucrium fruticans is a bushy shrub that goes very well in perennial gardens, cottage gardens and coastal gardens. It has a wide, sprawling habit with woolly, whitish stems and aromatic, grey/green leaves. Light blue two-lipped flowers are borne in spring on terminal spikes in late spring and summer. It is a very hardy shrub once it is established.
