A popular Asian green vegetable where all parts of the plant are edible, from the delicious tender stems to the flavourful yellow flowers. It's harvested as baby leaf or just before flowering and is used in a variety of Asian foods including stir fries, soups, salads or just blanched and served with a dressing of sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger and spring onions.
