Very popular across the Mediterranean, these long, pointed peppers with thin skins, and large green leaves have a very sweet flesh and few seeds. They're delicious char-grilled until the skin bubbles and bursts and can be easily removed, making a wonderful antipasto when dressed with garlic and olive oil.
