With a selection of scrumptious breakfasts and delectable light lunches, you’ll want to make a beeline for The Cabana Coffee Kiosk.
Barista Mike’s passion for food, coffee and great service started in New York during his final year of university. He managed the Gourmet Food Department of Saks Fifth Avenue during one of the busiest Christmas seasons in the 80’s and also managed to gain a few kilos sampling the range! He went on to work for a major French International Hospitality Group which took him to Mexico, The British & French West Indies, Tahiti, Italy and France. He always made sure to learn a national dish, adding to both his repertoire and appreciation of food. After moving to Sydney over 20 years ago, Mike worked with one of the largest hospitality groups in Australia before bringing his passion to you at The Cabana Coffee Kiosk.
You’ll see what we mean when you grab a bite to eat – but be sure to pick up a coffee too, with Cabana using Colombian Connection coffee. These fair trade beans come from the Huila province of Colombia before being locally roasted for freshness and an unforgettable taste.
