7 Day Delivery at Flower Power

Whether you’re buying online or shopping in-store, we can help you get your garden goodies home – and from candles and cushions to plants, blocks, pavers and bulk, we’ve got a range of delivery options to suit.

  • Our Flower Power trucks deliver 7 days a week within the Sydney metro area – from homewares and furniture to pots, plants and bulk landscaping items, they can handle it all. For more information on our fleet, click here.
  • We can also deliver hardgoods, including homewares, furniture, pots and garden accessories, via courier. These deliveries can go anywhere in Australia, and will arrive Monday to Friday.

Purchasing online across a number of categories? No worries! Our checkout will select the best delivery option for you. Delivery is calculated automatically in the checkout process, so you know up-front exactly what you’ll pay.

Please note that some items, including direct-delivered turf, blocks and pavers, can be browsed on our website but not added to cart – this is because they come directly to you from the supplier. Please get in contact with your local Flower Power Garden Centre to organise payment and delivery for these items.

If you’re an in-store shopper and you’ve bought more than you can fit in your boot, our friendly register staff will also be more than happy to organise delivery as they process your transaction. Sydney Metropolitan delivery

We deliver 7 days a week within the Sydney Metro area using our fleet of Flower Power trucks and friendly delivery drivers.

$25 local delivery offer

For all one-man, hand-offloaded local delivery orders you’ll pay a flat rate of just $25. By local, we mean within 10km of your nearest Flower Power Garden Centre.* Please note, 4-seater and larger furniture settings and pieces are excluded from this offer.

Furniture delivery within Sydney Metropolitan area

All stocked 4-seater and larger furniture settings and pieces can be delivered to your Sydney Metropolitan home for a flat fee of $100.

Free Click & Collect is also available on smaller furniture items and settings. For more info on Click & Collect, click here.

Delivery outside of Sydney Metropolitan area

Due to popular demand, our delivery drivers make regular trips to specific locations outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area. The below information is a guide only and may be subject to change.

  • Blue Mountains: We deliver on the first Wednesday of each month to locations from Blaxland to Mount Victoria.
  • NSW South Coast: We deliver on the second Wednesday of every month to locations from Waterfall to Kiama.
  • NSW Southern Highlands: We deliver on the second Thursday of every month to locations from Bargo to Sutton Forest.
  • NSW Central Coast: We deliver on the third Wednesday of every month to areas from Cowan to Morisset.
  • Newcastle area: We deliver on the fourth Wednesday of every month to areas from Morisset to Nelson Bay.

Delivery to Regional NSW & interstate

Living outside the greater Sydney area, but still want your Flower Power fix? We can help with that! We can deliver hardgoods including pots, garden accessories, homewares and furniture anywhere in Australia via our courier service. Courier delivery fees will be calculated in the checkout based on your location. Unfortunately at this stage it is not possible for us to deliver bulk landscaping items or plants outside of Sydney Metro.

$70 bulk firewood delivery

Ready to get the fire started? Let us deliver some firewood for you! Bulk firewood bags weigh approximately 400kg and can be delivered anywhere in the Sydney metro area for a $70 flat fee.



DELIVERY FAQs

What do you deliver?

We deliver just about everything we sell in-store, either via our Flower Power truck fleet or our courier network. Some geographical limitations apply.

Please note that some products, including direct delivery turf, blocks and pavers, cannot be ordered online. To purchase these items and organise delivery, please contact your local store.

How do I know which products are available for delivery?

On each item listing, once you’ve selected all relevant variables such as size, you’ll see a message appear above the Add to Cart button. If the message says “In-stock”, the product is available for delivery. If it says “Available for click/collect”, the product is not available for delivery.

Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver hardgoods including homewares, furniture, pots and garden accessories to any physical address in Australia. Plants and bulk landscaping goods are available for delivery within greater Sydney only.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

I live outside of Greater Sydney. Can you deliver plants to me?

Our fleet of Flower Power trucks can deliver plants to any Sydney Metro address, plus the regular delivery locations listed above. We’re working on it, but at this stage we’re unable to deliver plants outside of greater Sydney.

What days of the week do you deliver?

We deliver 7 days a week via our Flower Power trucks, and Monday to Friday via courier.

My home address can be tricky to access. Will you still be able to deliver to me?

Yes! Our truck fleet can deliver to any Sydney Metro home, and couriers to any Australian physical address. If your site has access issues, please contact your local store to organise delivery.

What does delivery cost?

This depends on a number of factors including the type of products purchased, your delivery location, the type of truck needed for your order and the number of team members needed to help unload it.

For online orders, delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

How long will my order take?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email within moments of completing your transaction. Following this, within 24 hours you’ll receive another email including either a scheduled delivery time (for Flower Power truck deliveries) or tracking information (for courier deliveries). Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for activity to appear on your tracking number.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

For Flower Power truck deliveries we’ll endeavour to accommodate your preferred delivery date but can’t guarantee availability. For courier deliveries we are not able to select a delivery date.

What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

If your delivery is coming via Flower Power truck and there’s nobody home, it will be left in a safe place, or per the delivery instructions you provided. If there is nowhere safe to leave your delivery, it will be rescheduled. Fees may apply for redelivery.

For courier deliveries, the courier will leave a card with instructions to collect at their local pick-up location, or have it redelivered. Please follow all instructions from the courier.

For purchases made over the phone, for security purposes our drivers will need to sight the credit card used when they deliver your goods, meaning you’ll need to be home at the time.

What happens if my delivery is lost, damaged or missing an item?

While we aim to ensure that each of your purchases arrives at your door in perfect condition, sometimes accidents do happen. If your garden goodies have been damaged in transit, we will do our best to assist. If your order arrives with damaged or missing goods, please email orders@flowerpower.com.au within 24 hours of receipt, including your order number and clear photos of the damaged goods or details of the missing item. We will assess the situation and be in contact to organise a resolution.

Please note that for courier deliveries, once the items leave our premises they are the responsibility of the courier. We provide a tracking number for all deliveries sent via external courier. Please use the tracking information provided and contact the courier company directly for enquiries about the location or condition of your parcel. If they’re unable to help, please contact orders@flowerpower.com.au with your order number and details of what’s missing or damaged and we’ll do our best to assist.

*Flat rate local delivery offer: Local delivery refers to hand-offloaded one-man road deliveries of 0-20km distance from store, which are delivered to front yard, building entrance or garage only by our Flower Power truck fleet. Sunday, Public Holiday and Next Day Delivery Surcharges have been waived. No discounts apply to deliveries of 20km or more, or two-man, forklift or crane deliveries. Furniture deliveries for pieces or settings in sizes 4-seater and larger remain at $100 flat rate. Valid until 30 November 2021.
