Whether you’re buying online or shopping in-store, we can help you get your garden goodies home – and from candles and cushions to plants, blocks, pavers and bulk, we’ve got a range of delivery options to suit.
- Our Flower Power trucks deliver 7 days a week within the Sydney metro area – from homewares and furniture to pots, plants and bulk landscaping items, they can handle it all. For more information on our fleet, click here.
- We can also deliver a huge range of hardgoods, including homewares, pots and garden accessories, via courier. These deliveries can go anywhere in Australia, and will arrive Monday to Friday.
- For in-store purchases from our Ashtonfield Garden Centre, we offer delivery from Monday to Friday within the local area. Please note that online deliveries are not available in this area.
Shopping online across a number of categories? No worries! Our checkout will select the best delivery option for you. Delivery is calculated automatically in the checkout process. You can also enter your postcode into the shipping estimator box on any individual item page for an up-front estimate of what you’ll need to pay.
Please note that some items, including turf delivered directly from our turf supplier, can be browsed on our website but not added to cart – this is because they come directly to you from our supplier. Please visit your local Flower Power Garden Centre to organise payment and delivery for these items.
If you’re an in-store shopper and you’ve bought more than you can fit in your boot, our friendly register staff will also be more than happy to organise delivery as they process your transaction. Sydney Metropolitan delivery
We deliver 7 days a week within the Sydney Metro area using our fleet of Flower Power trucks and friendly delivery drivers.
$45 SYDNEY METRO LOCAL DELIVERY OFFER
Get it all home with a flat rate of just $45 for local Sydney Metro delivery within 20km of your nearest Flower Power Garden Centre. Applies only to one-man, hand-offloaded road deliveries or tipped loose bulk material. Delivery is by our Flower Power truck fleet to your front yard, kerbside, driveway, building entrance or garage only. Please note, individual hardgoods items weighing 20kg or more and 4-seater and larger furniture items and settings are excluded from this offer. No discounts apply to deliveries of 20km or more, or two-man, forklift or crane deliveries. Sunday, Public Holiday and Next Day Delivery Surcharges have been waived. Valid for a limited time only.
SYDNEY METRO BULK LOOSE PRODUCT DELIVERY PROMISE
When you place an order for items from our bulk loose landscaping goods category before 1pm, you’ll receive guaranteed next-day delivery to any address within 20km of your local store in the Sydney Metro area at no extra charge. This applies to orders of bulk loose (unbagged) garden mixes, top dresses, sands, mulches, pebbles and gravels only – if your order contains anything other than these listed items, we’ll do our best but unfortunately cannot promise next-day delivery. Please note that bulk landscaping products sold in bulka bags are excluded from this offer.
SYDNEY METRO FURNITURE DELIVERY
All stocked 4-seater and larger furniture settings and pieces can be delivered to your Sydney Metropolitan home for a flat fee of $110.

SYDNEY METRO BULK FIREWOOD DELIVERY
Ready to get the fire started? Let us deliver some firewood for you! Bulk firewood bags weigh approximately 400kg and can be delivered anywhere in the Sydney metro area, charged at the standard local delivery rate.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF SYDNEY METROPOLITAN AREA
Due to popular demand, our delivery drivers make weekly trips to a range of locations outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area, delivering plants, pots, homewares and more. The below information is a guide only and may be subject to change.
- Blue Mountains: We deliver on the first Wednesday of each month to locations from Blaxland to Mount Victoria.
- NSW South Coast: We deliver on the second Wednesday of every month to locations from Waterfall to Kiama.
- NSW Southern Highlands: We deliver each Wednesday within postcodes 2574, 2575, 2576 and 2577, bounded by Pheasants Nest, Sutton Forest, Avoca/Glenquarry and Bullio.
- NSW Central Coast: We deliver on the third Wednesday of every month to areas from Cowan to Morisset.
DELIVERY FROM FLOWER POWER ASHTONFIELD
Our Ashtonfield Garden Centre in the Maitland area can deliver your in-store purchases of plants, pots, garden essentials and more to a range of suburbs in the Maitland, Newcastle and greater Hunter regions. Please note, unfortunately bulk landscaping goods are not available in-store at Flower Power Ashtonfield, and therefore are not available for delivery in the Hunter and Newcastle region.

ASHTONFIELD & SURROUNDS FURNITURE DELIVERY
All stocked 4-seater and larger furniture settings and pieces can be delivered to your home local to Flower Power Ashtonfield for a flat fee of $200. View the range online and place your order in-store with our friendly register staff.
DELIVERY TO REGIONAL NSW & INTERSTATE
Living outside the greater Sydney area, but still want your Flower Power fix? We can help with that! We can deliver a great range of hardgoods including pots, garden accessories and homewares anywhere in Australia via our courier service. Courier delivery fees will be calculated in the checkout based on your location. Unfortunately at this stage it is not possible for us to deliver bulk landscaping items, plants, furniture or heavy items outside of Sydney Metro and the above-listed Greater Sydney locations.

WHAT DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver just about everything we sell in-store, either via our Flower Power truck fleet or our courier network. Some geographical limitations apply.
Please note that some products, including turf delivered directly from our turf supplier, cannot be ordered online. To purchase these items and organise delivery, please visit your local store.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY?
Once you’ve selected all relevant variables such as size on the item of your choosing, select “Delivery” (on your first website visit, delivery will be selected automatically) to find out whether the item is or is not generally available for delivery. You can do this for each product you’re interested in. Enter your postcode in the Shipping Estimator box for an estimate of online delivery costs and availability specific to your location. Please note that this estimate is based on dispatch from our Sydney distribution warehouse.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We can deliver a range of hardgoods including homewares , pots and garden accessories to any physical address in Australia. Plants, furniture, heavy items and bulk landscaping goods are available for delivery within greater Sydney only.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
I LIVE OUTSIDE OF GREATER SYDNEY. CAN YOU DELIVER PLANTS TO ME?
Our fleet of Flower Power trucks can deliver plants to any Sydney Metro address, plus the regular delivery locations listed above. We’re working on it, but at this stage we’re unable to deliver plants outside of greater Sydney.

WHAT DAYS OF THE WEEK DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver 7 days a week in the Sydney Metro area via our Flower Power trucks, and Monday to Friday via courier. We also deliver Monday-Friday in the area around our Ashtonfield Garden Centre, and on set days each month to select locations in the greater Sydney area – see info above.
MY HOME ADDRESS CAN BE TRICKY TO ACCESS. WILL YOU STILL BE ABLE TO DELIVER TO ME?
Yes! Our truck fleet can deliver to any Sydney Metro home, and couriers to any Australian physical address. If your site has access issues, please contact your local store or email orders@flowerpower.com.au to organise delivery.
WHAT DOES DELIVERY COST?
This depends on a number of factors including the type of products purchased, your delivery location, the type of truck needed for your order and the number of team members needed to help unload it.
For online orders, delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on dispatch from our Sydney distribution warehouse. Deliveries of in-store purchases are charged based on the distance from the store and may differ from location to location. Ask in-store for details.
HOW LONG WILL MY ONLINE ORDER TAKE?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email within moments of completing your transaction. Following this, within 24 hours you’ll receive another email including either a scheduled delivery time (for Flower Power truck deliveries) or tracking information (for courier deliveries). Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for activity to appear on your tracking number.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE?
For Flower Power truck deliveries we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date but can’t guarantee availability. For courier deliveries we are not able to select a delivery date.
What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
If your delivery is coming via Flower Power truck and there’s nobody home, it will be left in a safe place, or per the delivery instructions you provided. If there is nowhere safe to leave your delivery, it will be rescheduled. Fees may apply for redelivery.
For courier deliveries, the courier will leave a card with instructions to collect at their local pick-up location, or have it redelivered. Please follow all instructions from the courier.
For purchases made over the phone, for security purposes our drivers will need to sight the credit card used when they deliver your goods, meaning you’ll need to be home at the time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY IS LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING AN ITEM?
While we aim to ensure that each of your purchases arrives at your door in perfect condition, sometimes accidents do happen. If your garden goodies have been damaged in transit, we will do our best to assist. If your online order arrives with damaged or missing goods, please email orders@flowerpower.com.au within 24 hours of receipt, including your order number and clear photos of the damaged goods or details of the missing item. We will assess the situation and be in contact to organise a resolution.
Please note that for courier deliveries, once the items leave our premises they are the responsibility of the courier. We provide a tracking number for all deliveries sent via external courier. Please use the tracking information provided and contact the courier company directly for enquiries about the location or condition of your parcel. If they’re unable to help, please contact orders@flowerpower.com.au with your order number and details of what’s missing or damaged and we’ll do our best to assist.
