Nursery Hands & Growers
We’re looking for experienced Nursery Hands and Growers to help raise our next generation of Homegrown plants! Located in picturesque Glenorie, Flower Power’s wholesale production nursery, Arborglen, is one of Sydney’s largest & most diverse. We grow over 6 million plants each year, not only for our Flower Power Garden Centres but also for a broad range of trade and industry customers.
If you’ve got experience in the field, are physically fit and are excited at the prospect of working in the great outdoors, this could be the opportunity for you!
Working hours for these roles are Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm, on a casual basis initially with a view to permanency for the right candidate. Immediate starts are available, so you can hit the ground running!

Garden & Landscaping Team Members

Our Garden Care Franchisees are looking for both permanent and casual Garden Hands to join their teams on the ground. You’ll assist with jobs ranging from mowing and maintenance to complete garden makeovers. Current opportunities are located in Sydney’s metropolitan area.
