Does Flower Power have an online store?

Yes! Flower Power now offers online shopping for both Delivery and Click & Collect. Shop over 10,000 products from Sydney’s widest range of plants, pots, homewares, furniture and more at the click of a button, or visit your local Flower Power Garden Centre for the full range.

Does Flower Power sell bulk landscaping products?

Yes! We have a huge range of bulk product like soils and mixes, sands, mulches and pebbles. You can drive through our handy landscaping yards and load bulk products straight into your truck (except at our Mascot store where bulk bags are available), or we’ll deliver them for you. We deliver bulk products 7 days a week, anywhere in the Sydney Metropolitan area – and if you order before 1pm, we’ll guarantee next-day delivery (conditions apply, click here for more info). If you’re a member of our Garden Lovers Club, you’ll also enjoy FREE trailer hire, so you can get your bulk landscaping goods and other heavy items home without waiting for delivery. Conditions apply – click here for details.

Does Flower Power sell outdoor furniture?

We sure do – we’ve got outdoor furniture to suit every garden, patio, balcony or courtyard. You can shop our range in-store or online here.

What's the best way to recycle my plastic Flower Power pots?

Plastic nursery pots are a great thing to have lying around, but if you've accumulated more than you need, we have pot recycling drop-off points at all 10 of our Sydney garden centres.

Is Flower Power dog-friendly?

Yes! Your furry friends are welcome to shop with you. All we ask is that as a responsible pet owner, you keep them leashed and pick up after them. Unfortunately if your pet causes any damage or breakage to our stock, you will need to pay for the damage.

They call us 'The Garden People' for a reason – we’ve got all the info you need for a thriving Sydney garden! How does Flower Power deal with the data I provide?

When you provide Flower Power with your personal information, it will be used only for the purpose disclosed at the time of collection, or otherwise as set out in our Privacy Policy, which you can read here. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, unless authorised or required by law.

Can I buy a Flower Power Gift Card online?

Of course! We offer both physical and eGift Cards for online purchase – just click here.

I'm trying to buy plants online. Why is there a letter next to the pot size on the drop-down menu, and what does it mean?

In order to provide our customers with the best possible plants, we grow 80% of them ourselves (“Homegrown”) in our specialist growing nursery, and supplement our range with top-quality plants from a range of independent growers across Australia. Where you see an A, B, C or any other letter next to the pot size of a particular plant, this indicates that the stock has been grown by different suppliers, and is priced accordingly.

Does Flower Power deliver?

Yes! Flower Power delivers 7 days a week in the Sydney Metropolitan area and Monday to Friday outside of this area. Some products are not available for delivery outside of Sydney Metro. Click here for more info on our delivery service.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

I live outside of Sydney. Can you deliver plants to me?

Our fleet of Flower Power trucks can deliver plants to any Sydney Metro address, plus the regular delivery locations listed on our delivery page. We’re working on it, but at this stage we’re unable to deliver plants outside of greater Sydney.

My home address can be tricky to access. Can you deliver to me?

Yes! Our truck fleet can deliver to any Sydney Metro home, and couriers to any Australian physical address. If your site has access issues, please contact your local store to discuss access and organise delivery.

What does home delivery cost?

This depends on a number of factors including the type of products purchased, your delivery location, the type of truck needed for your order and the number of team members needed to help unload it.

How long will my order take?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email within moments of completing your transaction. Following this, if you require delivery, within 24 hours you’ll receive another email including either a scheduled delivery time (for Flower Power truck deliveries) or tracking information (for courier deliveries). Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for activity to appear on your tracking number. All Click & Collect orders will be fulfilled within 12 store trading hours. You’ll receive an email notification letting you know as soon as your order is ready to be collected.

Can I request a delivery date?

For Flower Power truck deliveries we’ll endeavour to accommodate your preferred delivery date but can’t guarantee availability. For deliveries sent via one of our external courier partners, we are unfortunately not able to select a delivery date.

What if there is nobody home to accept the delivery?

What happens if my delivery is lost, damaged or missing an item?

Does Flower Power offer Click & Collect?

Where do I pick up my Click & Collect order in-store?

You’ll be notified via email once your order is ready to pick up. After you receive this email, you can head to the Click & Collect counter at the store you selected. Please have your order confirmation email and identification ready to show our staff so they can hand over your garden goodies!

Which payment methods does Flower Power accept?

For online purchases, we accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Flower Power Gift Cards and Garden Lovers Club reward vouchers.

For in-store purchases, we accept all major credit cards, eftpos cards, cash and Flower Power Gift Cards alongside Garden Lovers Club reward vouchers.

Can I use Afterpay to shop at Flower Power?

Sorry! We don’t currently offer Afterpay or other buy-now-pay-later options online or in-store. However, if you choose to pay online via PayPal, you may have access to their Pay In 4 option on eligible purchases. Terms and conditions apply. For more information, visit the Paypal website here.

The item I want is out of stock. How can I find out when it's back?

If an item is out of stock, and you’d like to be informed when it comes back, simply enter your email address into the box labelled “Let me know when this item is back in stock” – you’ll see it just under the “out of stock” label. Once more stock is available, you’ll automatically receive an email – so you can be among the first to take advantage!

Bulk Landscaping Products


What does “loose” mean?

When you purchase a product that is labelled as “loose”, it will be delivered to you as loose material via a tipper truck and tipped off the back of that truck onto your driveway or front lawn, forming a pile. The tipping location will depend on various factors including accessibility for the truck – for example, we can’t tip material under carports or other structures.

What is a “Bulka Bag”?

When you purchase a product that’s labelled as “in Bulka Bag”, the loose material will be placed inside the Bulka Bag at our store or warehouse and delivered to you via crane truck. The crane operator will then place the Bulka Bag in the location you request, pending accessibility. Bulka Bags are great for keeping your landscaping material contained.

I’ve used the landscaping material inside my Bulka Bag and I don’t need the bag any more. Can I return it?

We do not accept returns on Bulka Bags. Should you wish to reuse it around your home and garden you may – they make great green waste bags! Otherwise, we ask that you dispose of it thoughtfully.

Are your Bulka Bags recyclable?

While our Bulka Bags cannot be recycled in your kerbside bin, we encourage you to check with your local council for appropriate recycling programs.

I already have a Bulka Bag. Can I bring it back for you to refill?

Our Bulka Bags are rated for single lift only under the Australian Standard. Therefore, this is not a service that Flower Power is able to offer.

I already have a Bulka Bag. Can you tip my next bulk delivery into the bag?

For logistical and safety reasons, this is not a service that Flower Power offers.

When will my return be processed?

This depends on the type of return (change of mind, faulty/damaged goods) and the length of time it takes for the goods to be received by us. Once a return has been received by us, it can take up to 14 days to finalise.

Garden Lovers Club


How do I become a Garden Lovers Club member?

It couldn’t be easier! Simply click here and fill out the form. You can also join during the checkout process when you shop online. It’s free to join the club, and once you’re a member, you’ll start reaping the rewards! Click here to view all the benefits.

I’m a member, but I’ve never logged in to the website before. How do I log in?

If you signed up as a Garden Lovers Club member in-store and haven't set up an online password for your account, simply click here. Use the same email address you used when you signed up and we will send you an email to create your password.

I’m a member, but the website doesn’t recognise my email address. Help!

I accidentally created a new membership, but I’m already a member. Help!

How do I earn reward vouchers?

For every $1.10 (including GST) you spend on eligible products you earn 1 point. Once you reach 100 points ($110 spend including GST) you’ll receive a $5 reward voucher. Vouchers are issued automatically once you reach 100 points or more, and can be used from the day after they’re issued. Vouchers automatically expire three months after they are issued.

You’ll also have some great opportunities to maximise your rewards by taking advantage of double points offers:

  • On Tuesdays you’ll earn double points on a great range of products.
  • Each month you’ll earn double points every day on all purchases from a specified item category, for example pots or plants. Check out your Garden Lovers Club monthly newsletter or our in-store signage for info on the current double points promotion.

Double points means you’ll earn two points for every $1.10 (including GST) you spend on eligible products. Spend $55 (inluding GST) and you’ll receive a $5 voucher.

Which products can I earn points on?

You’ll earn single (and sometimes even double) points on most of our items in-store and online, but we do have a few exclusions. You will not receive Garden Lovers Club points when purchasing cement products, direct delivery turf, delivery and freight charges, crane truck lift fees, selected blocks and pavers and gift cards. For full details, see our friendly staff in-store.

How long are Garden Lovers Club reward vouchers valid for?

You can use your reward voucher from the day after it was issued, and it will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue. If you’re subscribed to our Garden Lovers Club email or SMS mailing list, you’ll receive reminders when your vouchers are about to expire so you don’t miss out on the chance to use them.

How do I check my Garden Lovers Club points and reward vouchers?

Simply log in to your account here to check your points and vouchers. Please note, if you’ve never logged in online before, you’ll need to enter the email address associated with your Garden Lovers Club account (that is, the one you signed up with!) and click the “Forgot your password or haven’t logged in before? Click here” prompt to set a new password. The same applies if you’ve forgotten your password!

How do I update my details?

Easy! Simply log in here to access your member profile and update your details. If you’ve never logged in online before, you’ll need to enter the email address associated with your account and click the “Forgot your password or haven’t logged in before? Click here” prompt to set a new password.

Trade Customers


Do you offer discounts for tradies?

Yes! Our Trade Card program offers fantastic discounts of up to 25% to registered tradespeople. Our tradies will always receive our best price, so where a Garden Lovers Club promotion offers a better price than your general trade discount, you’ll receive the Garden Lovers Club price.

How do I apply to join the Trade Card program?

It couldn’t be easier! Simply click here to fill out the form. Our administration team will assess your application and be in contact once you’re approved. You’ll then receive a Trade Card plus all the info you need on how the program works.

How do I log in to my Trade Card member account?

Click here to log in using the email address you signed up with and your password. If you’ve forgotten your password or have never logged in before, select the 'reset your password' option, which appears below the password field.

Will I see trade prices online?

Trade members can now see and shop their exclusive trade prices when logged in online. Once logged in, click into the product you’re interested in and you’ll be shown the retail price and your trade discount. When you’ve finished adding items to your cart, you can proceed to checkout and pay using any major credit card or Paypal. Please do check that the pricing is correct in your shopping cart and contact us with any queries before making payment – making payment indicates that you accept the prices displayed at checkout.

Can I order online from your wholesale nursery?

While our Trade Card members are welcome to order direct from our wholesale nursery, we’re not able to accommodate this online. Please continue to contact our Trade team at wholesaletrade@flowerpower.com.au who will be more than happy to assist.
