From time to time, Flower Power may at its discretion offer promotional discounts, multi-buy incentives and double member reward points on its range of products. Some exclusions will apply. Not all stock is available at all stores. Not all stock is available for delivery or Click and Collect. Offers are available only during specified promotional periods and only while stock lasts. Discounts are taken off the original marked single-purchased price - no further discounts apply. Excludes all other offers.

Terms and Conditions

1. Promotional Period
   This Promotion is valid from 12:00AM AEDST Friday 1 December 2023 until 11:59PM AEDST on Sunday 17 December 2023. (‘Promotional Period’).
    
2. Who Can Participate?
   This Promotion is valid online only at flowerpower.com.au and is not available in-store at any Flower Power Garden Centre.
   1. This Promotion is valid for all customers who shop online at flowerpower.com.au, including Garden Lovers Club members, Trade Card Holders, Preferred Service Providers and Garden Care Franchisees.
   2. Flower Power Staff Members may participate in this Promotion, but are excluded from doing so while logged in to any Garden Lovers Club Membership they may hold.
       
3. Offer Mechanism
   Customers who spend AUD$800 or more (including GST) on furniture only in a single transaction at flowerpower.com.au during the Promotional Period (‘Qualifying Spend’) will receive $1 furniture delivery within the Sydney Metropolitan area. Sydney Metro furniture delivery is valued at up to AUD$110.
   1. The Qualifying Spend applies to furniture items only, whether full-price or discounted.
   2. Furniture items offered for pre-order with delivery at a later date are included in the Qualifying Spend.
   3. Purchases of non-furniture items, gift cards, delivery fees and Garden Care Services do not contribute to the Qualifying Spend.
   4. Any non-furniture items in the cart at the time of checkout will void the $1 delivery offer, and the transaction will attract Flower Power’s standard delivery fee based on the combination of items in the cart.
   5. A “$1 Delivery” option will automatically appear at checkout for carts meeting the Qualifying Spend where the delivery address is within the Sydney Metropolitan area. Customers must select this option before completing their transaction.
   6.    7. Delivery addresses outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area will not attract $1 furniture delivery regardless of spend, and will continue to attract the usual furniture delivery fee based on their location.
   8. In the unusual event that part of your transaction is out of stock and needs to be refunded, if the remaining goods do not reach the Qualifying Spend, $1 delivery will be forfeited.
       
4. Flower Power Memberships and this Promotion
   1. Customers who have a Flower Power Garden Lovers Club, Trade Card, Preferred Service or Garden Care Franchise membership are encouraged to log in before completing their purchase to ensure that it is registered against their membership.
   2. Garden Lovers Club Members who are logged in to their membership at the time of transaction will continue to earn Reward Points in conjunction with this Promotion, and may also redeem Reward Vouchers against qualifying transactions.
   3. Trade Card Holders, Preferred Service Providers and Garden Care Franchisees who are logged in to their membership at the time of transaction will receive their usual discount. The Qualifying Spend is calculated after these discounts are deducted.
       
5. Flower Power reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is being run by Flower Power Pty Ltd (ABN: 13 000 557 460), 40 Grady Crescent, Erskine Park, New South Wales, 2759 ‘Promoter’).

2. By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

3. The competition commences at 7am AEDT on Thursday 12 October 2023 and closes at 7pm AEDT on Sunday 19 November 2023 (‘Promotional Period’).

4. Garden Lovers Club Members who meet the criteria below will be automatically entered into the draw:

a.  Have a valid email address or mobile number registered under their Garden Lovers Club Membership; and

b.  RSVP to the Event in-store or online using their Garden Lovers Club Membership during the Promotional Period of 7am AEDT on Thursday 12 October 2023 to 9.00pm AEDT on Thursday 16 November 2023 (only one RSVP is needed per Member); and

c.  Shop in-store using their Garden Lovers Club Membership at any Flower Power Garden Centre between 7am AEDT Friday 17 November and 7pm AEDT Sunday 19 November 2023.

5. Flower Power staff members who also hold Garden Lovers Club Memberships are excluded from entering the competition.

6. Participants may enter as many times as they like during the Garden Lovers Club Member Shopping Event. However, only one transaction will be processed per Garden Lovers Club membership per serve at any one register. For example, you may not split a full trolley into multiple separate transactions at the register – if you wish to make multiple transactions, you must return to the end of the queue each time.

7. Prize: One lucky winner will receive 1 x $500 Flower Power Gift Card. Total prize pool $500. Gift card winners must accept the full Terms and Conditions of the Flower Power Gift Card which can be viewed at https://flowerpowergiftcards.com.au/CMS/Page/giftcardterms

8. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

9. One (1) lucky winner will be drawn using a computer-generated random picker on Thursday 23 November 2023.

10. The winner will be advised via the phone number and/or email address registered under their Garden Lovers Club Membership no later than Friday 24 November 2023. Photo ID matching the name registered under the membership must be sighted before the prize can be awarded.

11. The winner has until 5pm AEDT Monday 11 December 2023 to claim their prize or it will be forfeited.

12. The Promoter may request to take photos of the winner with the prize to promote in various marketing materials and channels including, but not limited to, the Promoter’s website, Facebook, Instagram, marketing emails and printed newsletters without additional compensation or prior notice and, by entering the competition, all entrants consent to the use of these photographs.

13. The winner will be published on the Flower Power website www.flowerpower.com.au until 5pm Monday 11 December 2023.

14. The competition is subject to change at any time, at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
