A cylindrical-shaped lettuce with long heads of tasty, dark green leaves and firm ribs down their centre. The leaves are sweet, crisp and excellent for salads. Traditionally used in Caesar salads for its nice flavour and texture, it holds its shape well so is often used for finger food or appetisers.
