An old fashioned favourite, Sanseverias have always been a staple indoor plant, loved for their unusual leaf shape, hardiness and air-purifying qualities. Sanseveria Cylindrica has plump dark-green leaves with subtle stripes of pale green that are tubular in shape and have shallow vertical ribs.
This variety is popularly used as a gift plant, with the long leaves braided together. Left to grow naturally, it has an upright clumping habit with new leaves sprouting from the base on short runners. Sanseverias are easily propagated and very low maintenance, thriving on neglect, making them a great plant for any household.
