Terms and Conditions

Flower Power offers our customers a wide range of genuine quality products at very competitive prices. Our competitive pricing policy applies to personal shopping for products ranged at our Flower Power garden centres..

"We will not be beaten on price"

Flower Power guarantees that we will match or beat the advertised retail price on any identical stocked item, provided that it fits the following criteria:

Same product;

Same size;

Same colour;

Same quality;

Same brand; and

Same model or style.

The price matching must be requested prior to purchase in person at any Flower Power Garden Centre. Unfortunately we are not able to offer price matching via our online store or any third party websites or marketplaces.

This policy applies only to products we currently stock, and excludes trade quotes and commercial quantities. Price matching is limited to reasonable retail quantities currently stocked in-store only.

This policy applies only where the other store’s final price is inclusive of delivery, taxes, fees and charges, and is lower than ours.

Exceptions

Flower Power will not match/beat prices on competitor’s prices in circumstances where:

It is below our cost price.

The product is being offered by a competitor at a promotional price.

The product is sourced from any of the below suppliers or retailers:

• Wholesale Nurseries

• Duty Free Stores

• Factory Outlets

• Warehouses

• Clearance Centres

• Online Stores and Marketplaces

• Stock Liquidations

• Liquidation Sales

• Closing Down Sales

• Auction Sales

• Market stalls

We do not currently range the product.

The competitor’s product is a demonstration model, second-hand or refurbished.

The competitor’s product is out of stock, on backorder or a special order item.
