Keeping our community safe during COVID-19


As a family business, the health & safety of both our customers and staff is paramount. We are open but we are also taking precautions to help slow the spread of COVID-19.


We encourage customers and staff to practice social distancing in our garden centres and we’re supporting any staff with any symptoms of COVID-19 or who have had contact with a confirmed case to remain at home until they receive medical clearance.

For the health & safety of our customers and staff, and to ensure our business remains open, please exercise social distancing. We also ask that your refrain from visiting our garden centres if you are showing any symptoms of illness.

All benches and amenities are being cleaned and disinfected more regularly. Our in-store playgrounds are now closed and we have cancelled our Kids Gardening Classes for the April school holidays.


For anyone who would prefer to avoid entering stores at this time, we are offering a flat-rate $25 local delivery service, 7 days per week*. Click here to read full terms and conditions. 

As we do not trade online at present, please place your order by calling your local store - all contact details can be found here - or click here to send an email enquiry. To make life easier, please use our online product catalogue to browse our product range and refer to barcode numbers when placing your order. For security purposes, our delivery drivers will need to sight the credit card used to place the order when they deliver your goods.
